About the role
As a Marketplace Success Manager, you’ll work one-on-one with suppliers across the globe to drive adoption and awareness of key features in Lumi’s marketplace. You will act as the face of Lumi for suppliers and as the conduit between their users and Lumi’s product team. Utilizing our network of suppliers, your primary objective is to maximize opportunity conversion and drive marketplace GMV.
What you'll do
- Setup and onboard new suppliers. Track supplier progression and use milestones to trigger more advanced training.
- Optimize training programs in order to scale. Create training materials, webinars and onboarding cadences based on what is found to be most effective.
- Monitor marketplace opportunities and intervene to stimulate supplier activity and encourage best-fit matches.
- Identify gaps in supplier coverage and work with the Network team to meet the needs of all marketplace customers.
- Manage supplier support channels and inbound supplier leads.
- Provide structured feedback to internal stakeholders, including user feedback and suggested solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to discuss technical terms in an easy to understand manner.
- Well developed analytical skills, with the ability to visualize and interpret data using spreadsheets and other BI tools.
- Highly self-motivated and comfortable with a level of ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. Organized and with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Understanding of online marketplaces and e-commerce operations.
- Knowledge of packaging materials, material science, equipment, and manufacturing and printing processes.
- Familiarity with G Suite, Salesforce CRM, Zendesk and other cloud operations platforms.
