Invite team members to join you on Lumi
Help your team collaborate and keep everyone in the loop.
Lumi is designed to bring together design, operations, supply chain, logistics and accounting teams into one collaborative space. Adding members of your company to Lumi makes it easier to manage your packaging from a single location.
To add a user follow the steps below:
- Login to Lumi, click on your avatar in the top right, then click Settings.
- Go to the Users tab.
- Click Invite user, then input your team member’s information.
- Your new user will get an email, inviting them to join Lumi. When they click to accept their invitation, they’ll be prompted to create a password.
If you need to resend the invitation email or revoke access, you can also do that in User Settings.
Note: An email address can only be linked to one company account on Lumi. Multi-account access is on our roadmap for Spring 2021. If you need to login access to multiple different company accounts, most email services allow you to use a + symbol to create a custom address that forwards to your regular email address, e.g. email@example.com willl forward to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Note: Currently, all users have the same permissions on Lumi with access to all of your company’s addresses, payment methods, artwork files, orders, and invoices, but customized permissions are coming the future.
