Inviting your suppliers to Lumi

Learn how to invite your existing suppliers so you can collaborate with them on Lumi.

If you want to work with a supplier but they're not yet on Lumi, you can invite them to join for free. This enables you to collaborate with your suppliers and standardize the way that they communicate with you. Learn more.

Invite a supplier

To invite a supplier to join Lumi go to your Suppliers view, click the Add supplier button then choose invite supplier.

Supplier onboarding process

Suppliers can join Lumi for free and access your vendor portal where they can receive your POs and collaborate with you in a standardized way.

It only takes a few minutes for a supplier to create an account. The Lumi support team will help onboard and train the supplier on your behalf. This process can typically be completed in 1-14 days depending on the supplier.

If you would like help onboarding several suppliers, please get in touch with your account manager.

Import your items and pricing

If you have existing specs and pricing from your supplier, you can import these into Lumi. Contact your account manager for help importing this data.
