Customizing Lumi ID landing pages

When a customer scans your Lumi ID QR code, they will reach a landing page which you can customize to fit your branding and post-purchase flows.

Lumi ID landing pages are mobile-optimized web pages that can be accessed by your customers when they scan your Lumi ID QR codes. See our related guide on creating QR codes in Lumi.

Lumi ID landing pages can be fully customized, updated at any time, and integrated with hundreds of post-purchase providers. This makes your packaging smarter and more durable, because these options can be changed at any time, even after your packaging has been manufactured and shipped to customers.

Global vs. QR-level settings

Your Lumi ID pages can be customized at two levels of specificity:

  • Global settings apply to all of of your QR codes. Global Lumi ID settings can be defined by going to Settings and clicking the Lumi ID tab.
  • QR-level settings apply to a specific Lumi ID QR code, and override the global settings. These can be unique per Item, or shared across multiple Items. View and edit QR code settings by going to the Lumi ID view in your Dashboard.

Landing page customization

The following global settings control the appearance of your landing pages which are visible to your customers.

  • Company name: displayed if no logo is present, and as the alt text and page title
  • Logo: displayed at the top of all landing pages
  • Website URL: tapping the logo will send people to this page
  • Accent color: brand color used for buttons and links
  • Landing page text: the heading text visible at the top of the landing page. The default text reads "Glad you got your package!"
  • CSS override URL: a URL for the custom style sheet if you want to further customize the CSS of Lumi ID pages. This feature requires a Growth plan or above. We recommend loading your stylesheet via https to ensure browsers read your Lumi ID pages as secure. More details below.
