How to adjust your notification preferences
Control the email notifications for activities happening across your company’s account.
- When logged into Lumi, click on your avatar in the top right, then click Settings.
- Click over to the Notifications tab.
When you turn on a notification for a category, you’ll receive email updates from actions that take place across your entire team. For example, if you turn on Ordering notifications, you’ll receive an order submission confirmation when anyone on your team submits a new order.
Turning off a notification will not stop you from receiving those emails if you are the intended recipient of that workflow. For example, you won’t receive an order submission confirmation if someone else on your team submits an order, but you will still receive that notification if you are the one who submitted the order.
