Straight Tuck End (STE)

A longitudinal seam box with a top and bottom that both tuck into the same side of the box.
Dust flaps

Keep dust from entering the box, and adds a layer to the unboxing.

Clean front panel

Since the top and bottom tuck toward the back panel, the front panel has clean edges all around.

Tuck top

Tucks in behind the back panel when closed.

Why use a straight tuck end?

A standard for folding carton, especially cosmetics, because it can be presented on a shelf and shipped.

The STE has a clean appearance on a shelf because both the top and bottom close to the back of the box. This is distinct from the Reverse Tuck End (RTE), which has the top and bottom closing on opposite sides, with the top closing to the front of the box.
